So I am driving to work Saturday afternoon, signing pretty loudly to a song that perfectly described my life at that moment, and suddenly I was bombarded by a string of red banners adorning the north end of State Street. They read "marriage week February 10-16th"Now don't misunderstand me on this one...but what the heck?!?! It's great that we are promoting marriage, but what about all of us single people just trying to get through the month of February and especially the 14th with a smile on our faces??? What about us singles? Just another slap in the face, and single awareness mayday sign. Well just thought I'd share.
