Waffles are most definitely among the small joys in my life! I LOVE making waffles, something about separating the yolk, and whipping the whites just amazes me and I love it! I got a waffle maker for Christmas, and since then I have made waffles quite frequently! My waffle party was an amazing success!
This morning I had a house full of people and I was like you know what? I am going to whip up some waffles! YUMM!! So we ate waffles for breakfast and it was delicious! I think my love of waffles started in high school when Elyse and I would go home every Sunday after church and make waffles! AHH! Those were the days!
